ABOUT THE MASTERCLASS

This workshop is focused on Elite Performance and what this really means in our everyday life, combined with a deep spiritual connection. Whether you have to deal with a presentation, a competition or a challenge, whether you want to improve certain aspects of your life. The facilitator – Maria Sophia Palmieri will present specific tactics and models that she has developed through her experiences as a professional actress and performer and through her studies as a coach and Psychologist. It will be a interactive part, where you will learn some specific models that you can apply in everyday life for improving performance and also mental well-being.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Maria Sofia Palmieri is a professional actress, in Italy and in the US, she won several awards as an actress, she’s also a professional certified Wellness Life Coach, she’s an expert in Positive Psychology and a Meditation Teacher. She helps people developing self-confidence and achieving their goals with a 360 degrees approach, in all of the aspects of their lives.
